Length 36 inches approximately. Other approximate measurements in photos. A few snags as shown in photos. No stretch only at chest (elastic). Ties around neck and waist. Scruch detailing at chest as well. Super feminine with floral ruffled pattern. Fully lined. Looks like it could be missing some straps inside to tie at shoulders as well (may have been cut out) but can be worn as a halter neck only.
