sarat556 @larashannon8 It was purchased at a discount clothing store. I have another listing, a shirt from Loft, that is the same. Some retailers do that, or cut the labels, before sending their items.

sarat556 @apabaker The dress has never been worn. However there is a small pin hole in the outer layer of fabric on the back. I added a new pic for reference. Also, the tag is only sewn in on one side. The chest measurement is 12/12.5in and the empire waist is 13/13.5in. I am a 34A, 26-27 waist, 5'2'' 120lbs and the dress would be too a size too small for me. Hope that helps.
