Moulinette souers anthropolgie floral skirt

Too small for me. Tag says 10 but it fits more like an 8, so I'm listing it as an 8. The waist measurement is 14.5" flat. Very disappointed because it's a beautiful skirt. Reposhing this item I purchased from @jennie0983. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
