This is super Mtn Hardwear rain jacket. Portable and comfortable. Zipped arm holes, adjustable cord at bottom, Velcro straps on the cuffs. Conduit “silk” material, lightweight and soft.
It’s red, for sure.
Also packs up into the hood. Good can be rolled into collar strap when not used.
