Excellent condition. No tears are stains that I can find. Dog friendly, and smoke free home. I am pretty sure these are the Teton, as that is what my husband usually buys but it is not on the pant anywhere, that is what it looks like. I can verify with him if needed. These are a darker khaki color, light brown (tobacco maybe). 38/30 never altered.
