It is freezing in the winter I bought one of the Mountain hardware Jackets (a synthetic padded not down) 2 years ago . I love it !! It claims it is tested to -22 F . Well its really warm if you are just a normal person standing at a bus stop in winter, with a fleece underneath as a layer. In my opinion it’s a perfect comfort level as cold as 25 f degrees. It holds up to wind much better than any other jacket that I have owned. But the real amazing thing about this jacket is you can go from 25 degrees and walk in a store, shop for 20 minutes and not be sweating like crazy. THAT is why I love this jacket.
