@salecloset Yes this would fit a small with the tie belt and A-line design. The bust would comfortably fit 32-35" I am a 36" and it is very snug.

@bluedv03 This dress has a band that ties in the back sits just about the waist measures approx. 30" real stretchy fabric. The waist actually hits in the fullness of the fabric, this dress would fall in the misses 6-8 size.
