This amazing "Mr. Bumbles" chalkware head was made in England. There's no indication who manufactured this piece. The dimensions are 5.65" x 5.75" x 2.25". Very good condition! No chips or cracks. The paint on the front is in very good shape, while there's some scrapes on the back.
