jcmitchell2121 Hey, because I sent in pictures, Poshmark already approved me for a return but before I do that, I wouldn’t mind keeping it if I knew what that liquid was if your friend could actually update you. I don’t think you’re able to communicate with me on that other messaging string anymore. I don’t honestly know what the rules are.

I have been dealing with a sick parent and just an enormous amount of life overwhelm. What would feel fair to you? I definitely want you to feel happy to use it. jcmitchell2121 Hey, I’m so sorry that you’re going through that I kind of figured maybe something was going on since I didn’t see another reply back so I assumed you probably had other responsibilities going on which is completely understandable. I was not aware that there was such a short return Window I had to go out of town to deal with personal things myself. Poshmark closed my case telling me that I didn’t return it within 48 hours. I was not aware that that was the cut off.

jcmitchell2121 I was not aware that it was such a short window. Otherwise I would’ve made other arrangements before I left. I had planned to return this week now I’m being told the case is closed. I just want a replacement return label. This is a product that I cannot use and it’s probably not safe for anyone to use to be honest. The white sediment that came out of the machine does not make it safe to use. I’ve tried to send a new request to Poshmark in hopes that they’ll send me a replacement label.
