Mr. Lincoln Came To Dayton by Lloyd Ostendorf

This is a very unique, one-of-a-kind item due to the fact that it is not only signed by the notorious author, Lloyd Ostendorf, but also because it came with a letter addressed to Dr. John K. Lattimer who was urologist who did extensive research on the Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy assassinations, becoming the first medical specialist not affiliated with the United States government to examine the medical evidence related to Kennedy's assassination. This book and letter came from Dr. Lattimer’s personal collection. It is in great shape besides some age-related discoloration on the cover (front and back). Offers are welcomed.
