Seymour Weitzman started a show factory in Haverhill, Massachusetts in the late 50s. His shoes were labeled Mr. Seymour or Seymour Shoes. His son, Stuart, began designing shoes for his father's company in the early 60s. These shoes are likely the result of some of Stuart's earliest work. Judging this pair of Mr. Seymour crystal flower heels, the foundation was set to one day design the world's most expensive shoes. During the first decade of the 2000s, Stuart Weitzman created a $1.6M shoe inspired by the ruby slipper from the Wizard of Oz using 642 rubies, a $2M Cinderella slipper with 565 platinum set diamonds and a $2M tanzanite heel using 185 carats of tanzanite and 28 carats of diamonds.
Mesmerizing crystals in a 3D flower shape rest on a silver metallic leather heel.
