Mts White and Black Striped Tie-Front Top

Cute white and black striped, tie-front top from brand mts. Bought at a boutique. Size: Small, but very loose and fits more like a medium. Fabric: No material/washing instruction tag - seems to be made of rayon. Brown buttons up the front. There was a tear in the fabric at the back of the collar, but it has been sewn (pics above). Otherwise, in good condition!
