Mudd Cold Shoulder White Blouse

Thin, flowy material. The shoulder length is adjustable and the sleeves are off the shoulder. Beige/tan lace applique on the front. I wore it with a skin-tone colored strapless bra. Some darkening present on right armpit; pictured.
