Multi floral pattern surplice top dress

Gorgeous print surpluses top dress. Size small from Shein. Fits on the smaller side. Worn once, in great condition just too small for me. Elastic waist, but the material has no stretch. Also, the material is not see through at all, it's decently thick. Start stocking up for spring and summer by bundling items in my closet!
