Multi panel colorblock Circus stripe full swing skirt >Flaw

bright bold fun fabric -- no size tag or brand tag - content tag shows RN # which matches to mlle gabrielle ( not familiar w brand but fast fashion I presume ) multiple flaws see last 2 pics. where fabric has thinning split marks ..not quite holes but very close not really noticeable when worn as so much fabric that drapes but the worn spots are significant- craft project fabric perhaps?? I may use as table cloth if it doesn't sell ;) elastic waist measures 14" unstretched 36" length
