Multi print cape dress with belt - blue

This is a cape dress with a belt that goes thru it to cinch the waist. Can be worn with or without the belt. Belt Included. It’s short but much longer in the back to ensure coverage. Arm holes are not super big. Very cute on. Light blue floral on neck with black abstract v design in back and white on front.
