Multi purpose ring womens

Unsure if this is an engagement or promise ring could probably be used as anything you want to use it as. Made by montana silver smith company. Dont know too much about it i think its sterling silver. It is missing one of the small gems other then that its in great condition. Does not turn ur finger green. I believe it is size 8 may be size 9.
