18th Century Chemise: Historical reproduction under gown based on an 18th century design* with a drawstring collar, gathered puff arms and a ruffled hem As is item may fit basic size 16/18 with very loose fit. Approx Bust: easily 40+ in Approx Waist: easily 38+ in Hip: open skirt, approximately 3 or 4 yrds fabric sewn into drawstring neck. Chemise length: appropriately 35 in *Note: Gently used in excellent super soft condition. This undergarment is very flexible in its use for various time periods and purposes. The CHEMISE À LA REINE which is what this sales post refers to as a reproduction chemise. For pre-18th century: A tame version of an Irish/Scottish Chemise and of course it could be useful for that always fun pirate or tavern service outfit. Creative applications gives this item flexibility in use which allows options for multiple time frames.
