Multi-Color Cut Out Midi Dress, with Bow & Pockets

This Tenby brand Summer dress is truly amazing- with a cutout right below the bust (very flattering), a full skirt, skinny straps and pockets (the best)! The bust area is double layered with a thinner piece of material gathered in the front and tied in a knot (it’s sewed shut). There is a tiny inconsistency in the fabric (100% not a stain) that I’ve shown in a picture. It’s easily covered with the other gathered fabric.
