Multi-color Tunic Style Drop Waist Dress (Size S/M)

The colors on this dress are my favorite part. The green slip dress that is attached at the shoulder provides fully-lined coverage. The sheer over layer arm holes extend to the waist however, as pictured, the under-dress provides coverage on the side. The elastic waist is approximately 13.5 in (relaxed) to 20 in (stretched) flat measurements. **Please note the size tag is missing from the dress. Based on the measurements of similar closet items I am saying it is likely a small/medium.
