Multicolor abstract cityscape pencil skirt

Beautiful colors and painting effects on this skirt. It kinda reminds me of that Radiohead album with all the TVs, but you know. More in a colorful stretchy skirt context. Art of Where size guide says that a size large would fit like a 12/14 with measurements given being 31" for waist, 42" for hips. I found it a little tight in the hips as a pear, but I think that's still true to size. Worn once.
