Super cute dress NWT, it’s just sadly too short on me (I’m 5’10”. Structured cotton dress with multicolored floral print. Square neck line, long puffy sleeves, string across the back that can be adjusted, elastic band on back for more stretch and ruffled hemline. Loose fitting.
