This is a really neat brand called REcreate, one of a kind and up cycled material located in Montana. Pockets in the front and cowl neck with hoodie. Very colorful and warm. Does not include sizing but imo it’s close to a medium Shoulder to shoulder is 20 inches and the length is about 28 inches
