bobalicious hi can you please tell me the measurements? also, is this just a dress with that shirt part attached to it? I'm wondering if the waist has any elastic or anything like that. thanks!

daniellez829 Hi @bobalicious ☺️ this dress is all one piece; it's kind of like a "full" dress with a "shirt" on top, but it's all attached and the top under part is clearly an "undergarment" type of material, almost like a slip. No elastic around the waist, it's kind of fitted but not tight at all. It fits me perfectly and I'm a 32D, 5'3" tall (I don't have the exact measurements o the skirt or anything because I'm not at home right now) Let me know if you'd like to know anything else! I'm moving next month so take advantage of my ridiculously cheap prices! Haha😊
