Multicolored Open Heavyweight Long Cardigan NWOT

Really attractive heavyweight open cardigan,size small. Blue,orange, burgundy and white stripes. There is no fabric label but it seems to be cotton or cotton/polyester and I would hand wash it. Shoulder width is 19”,length is 29” This runs large, I am 5’1 inch and 105 pounds and it is huge on me. Very soft and warm.
