meggreenleaf @abbylop7676 Hi! I laid the dress flat and from armpit to armpit it measures 16” (I was hoping this would help you for the bust measurement). The fabric is stretchy as well. From the shoulder to the bottom hem it is 36” I laid the dress flat and measured the waist area and it is 14 1/2” from one side to the other. I wear a 34B bra size. I do not think the neck is revealing. Hard to say if it would fit a 34D. I’m hoping these measurements will help you!
