Multicolored halter dress size 0

This is an absolutely gorgeous multicolored dress that is light weight and flowy. The colors are rich. This would be a perfect dress for an evening on a tropical getaway or a balmy summer night. Excellent used condition. Size 0 Belt loops are intact, belt slightly frayed (see pic). This dress is lined. Hook and eye closure at the top of halter. The zipper is a little sticky going down. 3 areas of discoloration. I think 2 are inherent to the design but one is a stain. See all pic.
