Multiway organic skirt or dress

This can be worn in so many ways! As a dress with multiple neckline options (I usually wear mine strapless) or as a skirt that can be worn high waisted or low rise. These are deadstock items still in their plastic shipping bags. Only the size small has been opened to check that quality was as expected.
