Mureli silk Burn out velvet jacket with gold buttons

This beautiful jacket I’m going to gas is vintage 90s it’s the shoulder pads in the gold buttons that give it away. The front is a zipper first with that gold button over. A beautiful royal blue the flocked velvet comes out almost black looking but it’s Blue. Please see measurement photos. The Waste and cuffed sleeves are not gathered. Euc Jacket is marked a medium but please see measurements I am going to list as a large and it could possibly fit an extra large but I suspect it’s meant for a large oversized
