Mureli silk jacket/vest

Vintage Mureli silk jacket. Removable, zippered sleeves quickly turn this into a vest. Has two front pockets. Left pocket stitching has come undone inside pocket so there is a hole in the upper lining of the pocket. Size says medium but I would say it’s a large...Hand wash or dry clean only.
