Must Have brand Lace Skirt Off-white Small

Must Have brand Lace Skirt. Skirt is size Small with elastic waist, lace and black and white striped lining. Approximate Measurements: Waist- 14.5” Length- 20” Lining- 17.5” * Laying flat ** There is no tag stating the size and the materials. I am guessing that the skirt is small (see measurements) and the fabric possibly may be a blend of cotton,polyester and spandex.
