Mustard Seed Summer Pleated Dress For All Occassions

This Mustard Seed chiffon dress is tan/cream with black trim and measures 31 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. It features a soft, sheer top (you may consider wearing a camisole). The mock black, faux leather collar contrasts well. A small, 2-inch sheer finish extends from the mock collar to the front. The faux leather trims the neck and sleeveless openings. The sleeveless design is great for warmer days or layering. The bust measures 17.5 inches. An elastic waistband allows slight gathering. The waistband is approximately 12.5 unstretched and approximately 19 inches when stretched. So it’s very giving. The skinny pleats are visible from the waist down on the front and back of the dress. There's a matching tan/cream color lining underneath the skirt only. The back has a classy, large eyelet opening about 5 inches long. It closes with one button.
