Mustard Yellow Skirt

It’s a mustard yellow skirt in a size Medium with ties on the side to create a bow. The back of the skirt has elastic which allows stretch. It is part of the Forever 21 Contemporary Collection. I’m 5’3” and it hits mid-calf. Very beautiful for business casual occasions giving a classy feel. Not used, brand new with tags.
