Mustard Yellow Summer Dress

Lovely mustard yellow button-down dress (buttons are functional). 100% rayon. Soft, comfy fabric. fits like a small. 34" bust, 27-28" waist, 39" long. I love the adorable ties on the sleeves. I also loved that I could put a longer skirt over the bottom of this dress, and wear the upper part as a top, paired with a skirt, see photo of this. such a sweet dress.
