sweetsarahbelle @mowalt42 I checked my notifications twice today-- have no clue how I missed your comment... So sorry! Yes, it does have stretch and I think it fits like a large or even really xl. Laying flat the arms are 7" wide measured on a part of the sleeve near the armpit. With gentle pull they can stretch to almost 9". Hope that helps!
