Mustard yellow dress from Forever 21

So cute for the spring/summer and can easily be dressed up or down! The fabric is mid-weight so it’s not too heavy but it’s also durable. Neck line is a v-neck but not too exposing. Sleeves have a cute ruffle to them as well.
