My Antique Victorian Velvet Quilted Mantel Cape

From my Collection Beautiful black velvet mantel. Adorn with chenille fringe with French Jet hanging beads. This has been in storage for many years and is in good wearable condition. There is only 1 hook/eye closure, and some of the fringe is tangles. No musty/mold smells. The inside is quilted with a bright pink (shows more red in images) lining. The linking shows very light wear, and is otherwise really nice. The outter velvet shell is also very nice with no major issues like tears or repairs.
