I put pics I've saved of other Poshies pics of inspiration but as much as I love having clothes & buying clothes & being a complete shopping addict I'm ashamed to say I'm just not good at putting together an outfit 😕😳😞😔😁I will have my funds released from a couple sales within the next 2 days at most, & I want to bundle and it's also very important I get wedge shoes! I do not have a black shirt, but a adorable red one with a black shirt that can be tucked into it. I have bluejeans, come take a look in my closet in a few and shop around. iloveto_sparkle Well that's the thing, I don't want ANYTHING low rise, but that's the only way I have to go by. That's why I don't wear jeans, all mine are low rise so I blame jeans in general but I just need bottoms in general that fit me the right way. So, all that being said, I have no clue but I think I'm a 12. I do have one pair of jeans that I had the girl throw into a trade so I could see if I had changed sizes. Now, I got these in a regular, right below the belly button, with only a little stretch cus that's how I like them anyway even when I was a 5, but these were size 14 and they fit perfect yay lost 2 pants sizes was happy I had these great go-to jeans I knew flattered me and I could throw them on. Well that was about 4 weeks ago, & I've been a complete & utter lunatic about this situation thinking there was no way these pants, my go to pants, were saggy and I could hold them out a good amount away, I had to wear a belt or I'd have to pull them up every 5 mins.. You know what I'm talking about, every lady does! It drives me crazy! So anyway doll I know you asked about skirt sizes but to be honest I haven't worn anything sized for over 2 years (when I got pregnant) and I was a size 5 then but I wore the low waist pants and ugh my style was so different. Anyway, I guess I tried on a skirt I was in love with like 2 months after I had her, and I had to try it on 19 times because I refused to pick up the size I was so I went through so many, but it was like a 16 & I remember I wouldn't buy it because I was so upset with my size I thought I would only look acceptable in sweatpants. Crazy!!!! So I literally wore sz XL yoga pants until about 2 months ago I started getting sz L that's when I got the courage up to try on the pants I got. So Im not positive, but pretty sure, that skirts are sized different? See, this is why it's SO hard - every brand is different, every style is different so I don't know what to do! I've been miserable not being able to show my passion for fashion physically! The dressiest I got was like a velour sweatsuit HA! So depressive! I've been saving pics from fashion blogs for years! So I made that a novel SORRY but I don't know how else to explain it! I think I'm a size 12 though because the past month I have had a workout routine, eating healthier, & I definitely lost a good 15-20 lbs!

mrsogorman Ok. Gotcha. I hate low rise too and don't like anything tight fitting. I find dresses with an empire waist the best answer for me. It sounds as though you have to wear a black skirt and a blouse tho?

iloveto_sparkle @mrsogorman no no! I was just saying I liked that style as an inspiration tool! I just need classy clothes that aren't TOO much money! The photos I posted above, below the text pic, were also "inspirational ideas". I have a couple events where I need a couple actually nice but stylish dress or skirt/blouse. Empire waist is my best friend! LOL! But I'm also looking for outfits like the ones I posted, loose shirts I can put a belt around & wear wedges with. I like to say "everything is my business" because I think it's important to act & dress as if you are always networking because you never know what opportunity may arise! I have become a business woman in the middle of all this, it's mostly run from home but there are networking events I have been missing out on because of nothing to wear😞 so besides the couple of event outfits I'm also looking for classy-chic clothes for everyday wear to the mall, market, or a brunch with the girls - a casual meeting with a client (casual but obviously casual to me is now very different than sweats!) I need jeans for everyday wear, I need SHOES probably as bad as I need clothes! But I'm a size 9 not as popular or easy to find for a good price. I'm looking to bundle a bunch of items so I can at least have a start to my wardrobe! But shipping kills me & what I make on here is pretty much my income because with my business being new not even a year, it's better than it was, but it's still costing me what I'm making so I make no profit. I know it will pay off and I also know I haven't been working it properly because of my self esteem issues from having no clothes that fit right! I can't go into a big networking event, knowing no one, & thinking I look awful! Businesses fail because of things like this and I have decided to put a stop to my self pity party & get in the game for my daughter & my husband who is on veterans disability. I am finally at a point where I feel good about myself and I know I look good if I wear flattering clothes & that took over a year for me to get to this point so now it's time to jump out of the sweats and into reality & back to my fashion obsession😍😍😍where there's a will there's a way!!!

gjs42 I know exactly how u feel doll. I gained 75 lbs w/each of my kids ugh. I just found your closet & read about your dilemma we just got to our vacation home in O.C. Maryland . We,ll be here for a week but when I get home to NY I'll start posting stuff. I have soo many skirts & tops it's redioculus !!! I hate to pack because I have to many clothes. So many that I don't wear , now I have incentive to get busy. Thank U have a great holiday !! I'll tag u 😃😃😘

putt917 Check out my closet I have some candies high rise skirts in there. You poor thing! I hate the after baby belly. Size 3/5 to a 17 here...then I had up but EVERYTHING high rise so my c-section stitches & scar didn't hurt. It took me about 24-26 months to get back down to size 7. Now..4 years later after baby no.2 I'm going through the same. Back to a size 16! My girl is 6 months old now :) best thing that ever happened but man do they change your style! I did PJ PANTS & yoga pants with 1st baby and promised myself I would not get like that again and I learned out to dress my new "vivacious" body! Lost 27-ish pounds since she has been born in, and I'm really proud tht I Havnt compromised my style! If you have any questions on the fit of clothes or anything I will help you! From one mom to another!!! P.s Aubree is SOOOOO cute!!!!

If you're still looking for stuff I have a back bodycon skirt from Old Navy that I wore literally one time (I also have it in red and I figured I didn't need two!) - I'll be listing it today - and I have a Robert Rodriguez blouse that is brand new.
