Hi Hannah.! USPS picked up your package yesterday but despite getting the pickup confirmation email the package isn’t tracking. I called the Post Office today to see if they could shed some light on what’s going on with it but outside of checking the tracking number themselves there wasn’t much they could do.

They did tell me that they are experiencing major delays with Priority shipping bc there are so many packages and they’re understaffed so he said it’s possible it hasn’t been scanned in yet. Hopefully that’s the case! If you end up getting the throw blanket in the mail please let me know.

The package is tracking now! 🙌🏼 Looks like it was sent up to Nashua, NH for initial sorting which seems odd but just read online that other sellers were seeing the same. I’ll track it daily to give you updates. 👌🏼

Hi Hannah! I just pulled up the tracking to see where the package is and it says they made an attempt to deliver the package at 10:01am yesterday but couldn’t access the delivery location. It says they will de deliver on the next business day. Are there some sort of extra instructions I need to give them?

@margo2t that’s odd... usually it’s never been an issue. It’s possible my mailbox wasn’t empty enough & they didn’t make the trip down my road to my house. If that’s the case, it should be fine if they try again Monday. Sorry about that! Thanks for letting me know.

@margo2t ah.. I just realized the address I have listed on posh mark is my apartment address. I’m not at that apartment right now but it shouldn’t be a problem having it delivered. It’s possible my doorman wasn’t there, so Monday should work. If there’s something else I can do to make this easier for you let me know. My apologies — I should have checked that.

@margo2t hi! I saw that as well :( I have not gotten it, no. It’s a very busy residential building so dropping it off / finding the front desk shouldn’t be any issue. I haven’t had issues before so I’m assuming it’s COVID-19 related :( let me know if you find anything out!

Got the scoop! They said for you to call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and request for your package to be delivered tomorrow. They said you can definitely request that they leave it with the concierge of your building so maybe you can even give them your home address instead. Let me know how you make out!

@margo2t gave them a call! Looks like they are gonna attempt again tomorrow. I explained that the building is on a school campus but is very much open and housing residents. The woman hopefully made a note of that. I will have my roommate pick it up (if this second attempt works). Otherwise I’ll pick it up from the post office myself in a week when I’m back in the city. They unfortunately cannot re-route the package to my permanent address. I’m sure it will work out eventually 😅

@margo2t me again 😭 I was in Philly this past weekend & was on my way to the post office when Poshmark suddenly said the package was “delivered”. I went to my building and spoke with the front desk—they had nothing. They said sometimes it take a few days after the post office has said its “delivered”. It’s been three days and my building has still not gotten it 😭 do you have any other tracking info on it? I can’t seem to track it now that it’s marked as delivered. Thanks!!

@hannahtaylor162 Oh no!! I got excited when I saw it was delivered. 👎🏼 Now I’m guessing Poshmark just marked it as delivered somehow after I told them there was a problem with the shipping/delivery. I kept getting noticed saying I needed to ship the package so I reported it as being a problem. Poshmark emailed me about it and said they reached out to you to tell you to pick it up from your local Post Office, but I can see how that would be impossible without the tracking number. 🙈

@hannahtaylor162 Here is the tracking number: 9405510202061084444108 When I track it it says, “Delivery Attempt: May 18, 2020 at 1:36pm Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location” so at least we know they still have it! Looks like you may have to call again and ask where you can pick it up next time you’re in Philly. Not sure why they’re having so many problems delivering to your building.
