Has 2 rows of Black Sequins that can also be brushed backwards and turns to silver Sequins. Inside are 2 zipper pockets and 2 pockets the size of a cell phone. Also 1 zipper pocket on the outside. The handles , strap, and trim are in a burnt silver. 13 inches x 9 inches.
