“My Latest” Leslie Fay Pencil Dress

This is definitely one of my favorite top 3 dresses, and I’ve got lots of dresses! I love the striped top, the sweet cap sleeves, the straight skirt and especially the pussybow tie front! It zips at back, fitted waist. No size tag, see measurements in pics. There is a tag that says “Hegenwald 214”, not sure if that was the original owner or inspector, be fun to find out! No give in fabric.
