My Michelle navy blue mesh mini multi-layer tutu skirt with embellished jeweled waistband. Rear zip closure. Fully lined. Pair with a cute top for semi-formal occasions. Gently worn preowned condition with no flaws. Some stones are falling off on one side of the waistband (see last photo). Should be able to get them replaced. Size Junior's 3.
