My Michelle L black floral cold shoulder tunic blouse Like New

My Michelle size Large blouse is black with a pink and gray floral design. It is collared and buttons all the way down. It features open shoulders. The sleeves are 3/4 length but there is a tab so they can be rolled up. It is longer in the back then the front. Purchased new and only wore one time. No signs of wear that I could see. It measures 21” from armpit to armpit. It is 28” long in the front and 32” long in the back. The sleeves are 19” unrolled and 15” rolled. 100% polyester.
