My Michelle black white semi sheer polka dot long sleeve button up top XS NWOT

My Michelle black and white polka dot button up blouse is semi sheer, long sleeves with buttons to roll them up. The top is long and would be perfect over leggings. This top is new without tags, never worn. Size XS but is oversized. No flaws, stains, damage. Please see photos for details and measurements.
