My Way Blue Dress w/Bow Accent Size 3/4

Beautiful blue vintage dress with lovely bow accent. Shoulder to shoulder is 14.5”. Pit to pit is 17” (and just goes straight down from there, no taper). Shoulder to hem is about 40.5”. There is an elastic waist that is about 15” (laid flat) near the bow. The bow only flare not function for the waist.
