My “as if” favorite slinky periwinkle dress size XS only worn ONCE

I wore this once, and it’s sadly too tiny for me - size XS looked adorable w a white Jean. The gorgeous periwinkle material I’m not sure if as I cut the tag off but it feels like a silk w stretch in it. EXPRESS an adjustable spaghetti straps.
