nikifidm @mtval I don't have the box and since I bought it at a consignment store I don't have the receipt. But I do have the receipt from my purchase if you new. We paid 870 and spent 100 getting it cleaned so lowest ill take is 850 :)

nikifidm @xdung its very common with authentic louis's to have upside down LVs. It happens because they use one piece of leather going all the way around. The handles are pretty worn in, most inspired don't last that long. Thats usually a good sign its authentic. Make sure she shows you a date code and hopefully she has a receipt. Although it looks pretty old so she might not 😊

nikifidm @xdung The first 2 letters represent where its made. Numbers 1&3 are the month and the numbers 2&4 are the year.

nikifidm @xdung I think a speedy 25 is perfect for anyone really, its not to bug and not to small. The 30 is for people who really need a bigger purse, its the one I have. My mom has a 25 and she has a LV zippy wallet, the big droid phone, a kindle fire, a check book and more that fit in there with plenty of room left! I think if you find a good deal on here with one in good condition then I think its worth it! Otherwise Id definitely say just get a new one there around 840 or so I believe.

You can google Louis Vuitton Date Codes and just click on the eBay link or the Yoogi's Closet link for an explanation of deciphering date codes. You can tag @luxelouis or me to help you at any time if you need help with the authenticity of a bag. These days, replicas come with date codes. Vintage bags have different rules with respect to their date codes. They vary in the amount of numbers at times.

tastebluebook I think the Beverly. I have a nearly identical shaped purse in the Damier print. It's SPOTLESS and like new, and I'm starting to think it was never sold in the states... I purchased it in Madrid years ago... I don't know how to go about showing its authenticity to potential PM buyers because I can't seem to locate a number of any kind inside the felt interior!

nikifidm @crfabacher hm you can take it to a Louis Vuitton and maybe see if they'll give you something to authenticate it or maybe locate the receipt and reprint it out. I never knew they made that one in that print, but a lot of brands have different products in different areas. So it makes sense :)

nikifidm @desiree000 I actually haven't had any problem at all. Other people I know who've had them longer than mine haven't had theres crack either. I get them cleaned at a leather place near my house, they do a lot of Louis Vuittons and know what they're doing. They are also cheaper, and like on my old shopper tote in the picture had to have its handles replaced and they did it there. They used the same leather as Louis and stained it for me to match the rest 😊
