My favorite BEBE black fringe woven knit tank

Thicker material- super flattering and form fitting. Seriously one of my favorite tanks!!! Buttons in back and the entire front of shirt has this cute fringe like texture all the way to the end from the collar neck line. Looks the best with white pants and wedges!!!
