My first rescue

I've known her for a few months only I was going to that area to feed a skinny cat Then she appeared and showed up every night Yet at some point she started to miss our nightly meetings When I took the first picture, I saw she was closing her left eye Very quickly that eye got worse and worse; not sure why or how. I figured she was in pain and not showing up to eat I usually wait a minimum of a year to bring a cat home But I couldn't wait, so last Sunday I grabbed her On Tuesday I took her to the vet and the diagnostics is bad I had a new doctor named ZACHARY GOUZOPOULOS. He wanted to remove her eye the following day. Maybe because he was charging me 1000 dollars for it. I didn't have that money on my bank account and also I was worried. He couldn't tell her age and to me it's a big operation. I waited and gave her the meds that vet prescribed. I applied the ointment in her eye till the tube was empty. And her eye got better. Then as I saved I took her to another vet. There they told me I could wait for the eye removal. Now her eye starts to get bad again. There is some discharge that I clean. It's hard to picture this. Her eye is "going away". In the meantime I met someone who knew her. It's a nice lady who lives in that area and feeds a lot of cats. She had named her Penelope and apparently took her to the vet too to have her teeth cleaned.
