indigopuffin @cubanmaitai CONGRATULATIONS!👍 I myself have recently done that. In 2009 I weighed 246 I'm 5'4". I was on prednisone for several months and gained 110 pounds! 😱 I was size 20w/22w. i made up my mind no more! Now I weigh 169 and am a size 12/14. I have 29 pounds to go. YOU my love are an inspiration!!💕💥how did you do it? 😎

cubanmaitai @netbaby007 No I haven't. P90x, brazil butt lift, and turbo fire. I have completed each program to lose 45 lbs and drop 3 sizes and counting. And not to mention I didn't follow each program to the T but restructured it to my work/personal lifestyle. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. The next program I'm looking to do is the T25. I've heard great things about it.
